Welcome to the Make Mine Chocolate! Rescue Survey.
The purpose of the campaign aims to raise awareness of the sad plight of the thousands of pet rabbits bought as presents at Easter or on impulse at any time of the year and then abandoned months if not weeks later.
In order to prove to the pet trade and to the general public that rabbits are frequently bought on impulse and then abandoned a short while later we must provide the evidence.
The evidence can only be gathered from the kind people to who take in unwanted rabbits - whether on an individual basis or through an established rescue.
If you take in unwanted rabbits, please take a few moments to complete our survey for each rabbit you take in.
THIS SURVEY MUST BE COMPLETED SEPARATELY FOR EACH RABBIT ENTERING THE RESCUE.
