The Make Mine Chocolate! campaign (known as MMC) is about changing the way we perceive and care for domestic rabbits.

MMC is about putting a stop to the constant stream of rabbits being given up to rescues or being dumped or abandoned when their owners no longer care for them.

And MMC is about improving the education and understanding of these wonderful creatures.

In short, MMC is about improving rabbit welfare.

The independent organisation Make Mine Chocolate! is working on many areas of the rabbit welfare crisis - new owner education, Easter Rabbit Sale Amnesty, monitoring the current welfare status, education - point of sale, general public, children etc.

We need volunteers to spread the word that rabbits are a big commitment and need the correct care, and we need help to promote rabbit welfare and spread the message that rabbits are not cheap, low maintenance, child friendly pets as is often, wrongly, thought.
